    Problem 7.dpl:
    Prove that when the displacement current is negligable the magnetic field satisfies the induction equation, partial B/partial t = curl (v x B) + eta Laplacian B
    (hint use Ohm's law and Faraday's law). Find an expression for eta in terms of the conductivity and the magnetic permeability.
